You don't have to change who you are to flourish.

If you've ever felt like you don't quite fit the mold, you're not alone. Many of my clients are thoughtful, curious, and creative people who see the world differently. Some are neurodivergent. Others have simply spent years trying to live up to expectations that never felt quite right. They often come to coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what's next, even though they know they're capable of more.

My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to create a space where you can think deeply, discover what matters most, and move forward in a way that honors who you are. Together, we'll explore your strengths, values, and purpose so you can make decisions with greater clarity and confidence, build a life that reflects who you are, and flourish in the way you were uniquely created.

As someone who was diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, I understand the freedom that comes from finally having language for how you're wired. That experience deepened my belief that flourishing doesn't come from trying to fit someone else's mold. It comes from embracing who you are and building a life that works for you.

Before coaching with Crystal, I felt completely overwhelmed. I was stressed, fearful, and unsure of which path to take. I wasn’t grounded or at peace. But even just scheduling that first session was like lighting a match in the dark. Crystal’s thoughtful, gentle questions uncovered truths I didn’t even know I had buried. It was like being blind and suddenly seeing, absolutely awe-inspiring. She didn’t rush the process; she patiently listened as I talked or cried, gently guiding me to explore what I was feeling instead of pushing it aside. That space to really feel and reflect was healing and transformative. Coaching with Crystal isn’t just about one conversation; it’s about a ripple effect. In just a few sessions, I experienced a deep, systemic shift. It helped me see the right path that had been there all along. I just couldn’t recognize it before. Katie C.
