Team Coaching

Effective teams are built through trust, where individuals feel heard, valued, and encouraged to contribute openly and collaboratively.

Rachel grew up in a small town in Oregon, where she learned early the value of community, relationships, and effective communication. She later moved to Boise, Idaho, where she honed her professional skill set in medical management and fell in love with the Sawtooth Mountains.

Rachel brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, team building, consulting, corporate oversight, and developing Lean process flows. Rachel is known for speaking truth with clarity and helping individuals discover their identity, purpose, and direction, especially those who feel stuck or in uncertain transition.

She guides people in understanding who they are at their core, aligning their strengths and values with a clear path forward. She works with teams, professionals, retirees, and family members who are acting as caregivers for those with Dementia, along with anyone seeking a fresh perspective to uncover meaning, build confidence, and move forward with intention.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys muscle cars and tropical beaches, embracing both energy and ease in life and leadership. She resides in Tennessee with her husband, Mark, and their cat, Sam and has three adult children and three absolutely perfect grandchildren.
